Customs & Import Information

Import regulations for research chemicals and peptides vary significantly by country. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that importation of ordered products is legal in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Full documentation pack included with every international order. We prepare and supply all standard customs documents automatically — you do not need to request them separately.

Standard Documentation Pack (All International Orders)

Every international shipment from Peptidesr4u.com is accompanied by a complete customs documentation package: Commercial Invoice, HS Commodity Code, Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS/MSDS), Packing List and Shipper's Letter of Instruction are always included. A Certificate of Origin is available on request.

We never misdeclare shipments, undervalue goods, or falsify customs documentation under any circumstances. Doing so is illegal and we will not do so regardless of buyer request.

Import Duties and Taxes

Any import duties, VAT, GST, or other taxes levied by the destination country's customs authority are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend contacting your national customs authority or a licensed customs broker before ordering if you are uncertain of the applicable duties.

Customs Holds and Seizures

Occasionally shipments may be held by customs authorities for inspection. If your shipment is held, contact us immediately at support@peptidesr4u.com with your order number and we will supply any additional documentation required promptly. In the event of a permanent seizure or confiscation by customs authorities, Peptidesr4u.com accepts no liability for the loss where this results from the buyer's failure to verify legal import status prior to ordering.

Peptidesr4u.com is VAT-registered in the United Kingdom. All prices on this website are displayed inclusive of 20% UK VAT. Our VAT registration number is available on request and appears on all invoices.
