Many peptides are sensitive to heat, humidity, and light degradation. Peptidesr4u.com uses validated cold-chain packaging and logistics to ensure your products arrive in optimal condition.
Our Cold-Chain Standards
- Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides stored at −20°C in our facility until despatch
- Express and Priority shipments packed with pharmaceutical-grade dry ice or gel packs
- Insulated EPS liner boxes validated to maintain 2–8°C for up to 72 hours
- Temperature indicators included in all cold-chain shipments
- DHL Express used exclusively for temperature-sensitive deliveries

Upon Receiving Your Order
- Inspect the package immediately upon arrival
- Check the temperature indicator — if it has been triggered, photograph and contact us before opening
- Transfer lyophilised peptides to −20°C freezer storage immediately
- Reconstituted peptides should be placed at 2–8°C (refrigerator) immediately
- Do not refreeze previously thawed peptide solutions
Shelf Life and Stability
When stored correctly, lyophilised peptides supplied by Peptidesr4u.com have a minimum shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacture. The expiry date is stated on each vial label and in the Certificate of Analysis.
Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If you receive a shipment that shows signs of temperature excursion or physical damage, do not use the product. Contact us at support@peptidesr4u.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Tip: if ordering during summer months or to warm climates, select our Express Cold Chain or Priority Overnight shipping option at checkout to minimise transit time.
